The focus is not just selling technology but ensuring it is actively used to deliver measurable productivity, safety, and aftermarket outcomes.You will work directly with dealers and customers to close the gap between technology installed and technology used, driving execution in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Utilization & ExecutionLead actions to increase utilization of Cat technologies across installed fleets (Grade, Payload, VisionLink, Safety)Identify underutilized machines and work with dealers/customers to lift usageDrive execution discipline — ensuring technology delivers real outcomes, not just activationDealer Capability & AccountabilityBuild dealer capability to support technology adoption and ongoing useSet clear expectations and review dealer performance against utilization targetsDrive corrective actions where execution gaps existCustomer Engagement & Value DeliveryWork directly with customers to improve jobsite performance through technologyRun jobsite reviews and identify productivity, safety, and efficiency gainsTranslate technology into clear, practical customer value (not features)Training & EnablementDeliver targeted training to dealer teams and customers to improve adoption and usageSupport onboarding of new technologies and features into dealer operationsEnsure consistency in how technology is positioned and supported in the fieldOpportunity & Growth FocusIdentify aftermarket and incremental sales opportunities driven by technology usageSupport growth in key growth metricsUse data and insights to prioritise actionsCross-Functional ExecutionWork with product, digital, and support teams to resolve issues impacting adoptionProvide field feedback on product gaps, training needs, and commercialization barriersSupport rollout of GTM programs and new technology releasesSkills & Experience RequiredStrong combination of sales capability and technical/application expertiseDeep experience in machine control & guidance, telematics, machine technology systems, and civil construction applicationsExperience in construction, mining, or heavy equipment environmentsProven ability to drive execution through dealers and customersAbility to translate data into clear actions and outcomesStrong influencing skills; able to challenge and drive accountabilityHands-on, field-oriented approach with a focus on resultsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on degree and professional industry working experience.
