Lead and develop the operational team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance for the warehouse departments at TMO InternationalMain Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with safety policies and organizational culture in the team in charge.Plan and coordinate activities of receiving, storage, assortment and distribution of materials and products.Oversee and ensure physical inventory and system accuracy, as well as accuracy in shipments and transactions.Lead continuous process improvement initiatives (Lean, 6 Sigma).Measure and report warehouse KPIs (cycle times, inventory turns, picking accuracy, in-transit, inbounds, outbounds)Coordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.Manage the warehouse operating budget and seek cost efficiencies.Develop and execute training and development plans for operational staff.Implement contingency plans for operational disruptions.Maintain effective and professional communication with internal and external customers on an ongoing basis.Required Skills and Knowledge:Leadership and management of operational personnel.Teamwork and interpersonal skills.Effective communication with different levels of the organization.Inventory management and warehouse control.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel desirable)Knowledge in ERP systems (preferably Baan).Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).Desirable handling of data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau). Job Requirements:Completed professional career (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration or related).3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics.Advanced English (oral and written).Availability of schedule and to travel.Valid passport and visa.Key Competencies:Leadership and decision making.Results oriented.Analytical thinkingAdaptability to change Customer focus.Ethics and professionalism.
