Position Purpose: Support the data management and quality improvement initiatives for assigned functional areasKey Details: Must reside in the state of Iowa or Kansas. Quality and Provider Performance experience highly preferred.Assist with the development and coordination of all core health services data reportsSupport the development of quality improvement performance audit function processes and toolsAssist in designing, running, managing, and data review process for assuring accuracy and integrity of health services data reports to meet regulatory and operational requirementsReport outcomes and quality monitoring results to managementAssist with managing databases, policies and procedures related to assigned areasAssist with related activities for various committees and meetings for assigned areasEducation/Experience: Associate's degree in related area or equivalent experience. 2+ years of data management, including reporting, project management or quality improvement experience.Pay Range: $23.23 - $39.61 per hourAt Centene, we connect people to the care they need to live healthier lives — and the work you do here makes that impact real every day.
