It includes working around varied temperatures, tasting and preparing food, and strong communication with the Chipotle team and customers.PAY TRANSPARENCYFor this role (all genders), the starting remuneration is as follows: The base pay for this position is [41,000.00 - 57,000.00] EUR gross for full time (40 hours per week).You may also be eligible for a quarterly cash bonus of [7.5% AP, 15% GM] of your base pay at 100% target achievement based upon your restaurant's performance against key metrics and other factors.
