This role is responsible for working with cross-functional teams to advance the company’s capabilities by translating business needs into IT-based solution requirements and ensuring delivered solutions meet those needs.This individual will lead analysis efforts on complex, high-impact initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and the Specialty Products Division (SPD), while contributing deep expertise across business processes, technology, data, artificial intelligence, and organizational design.About the RoleThe Commercial Business Systems Analyst will partner closely with IT, business stakeholders, Product Owners, Product Managers, and third-party implementation partners to design, develop, and deploy marketing, sales, and SPD technology applications. This role is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring systems are optimized for performance, usability, and long-term sustainability.The analyst will play a key role in shaping and supporting the organization’s MarTech ecosystem, ensuring strong data flow integration and enabling business partners to effectively leverage technology to meet commercial objectives.This individual will also identify opportunities to implement AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation, and decision-support tools across commercial business processes.
