Assure each raw material has a vendor Certificate of Analysis.Performs bulk analysis testing according to current specifications and SOP’s and supplies bulk approvals for filling linesPerform finished product testing according to current specifications and SOP’sPerform review of other analyst’s notebooks and analysis reportsMaintain/standardize laboratory equipment according to current SOP’sPrepare/standardize laboratory solutions according to current SOP’sQuarantine raw materials, bulk products or finished products that do not meet current specificationsProvide analytical testing for Plant validationsProvide analytical testing to support finished product expiration (stability)Provide analytical testing in support of R & D Plant Test requestsFollow Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and Job Safety Analysis in all areas of the jobAdhere to all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPEMaintain a clean work environmentPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge/Computer Skills:Microsoft Word, Microsoft ExcelAble to communicate, write and read EnglishTeamwork -Ability to interact with employees at all levelsAbility to take and follow directionsBasic math skillsAttention to detailsBasic computer skillsMaintain good safety recordEducation and Work Experience required:Bachelors Degree in a Science FieldThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $57,000-$85,600. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
