This role combines forward-looking strategy, deep technical expertise, and operational ownership to deliver and scale modern security capabilities across application security, data protection, and GenAI platforms.In this role, you will:Data Security (Primary Focus)Lead design and operation of enterprise DLP controls across endpoints, email, collaboration tools, cloud, and SaaS platforms.Own DSPM capabilities, including data discovery, classification, exposure analysis, and remediation prioritization.Review and guide data access, sharing, retention, encryption, and key management practices.Partner with IAM, cloud, and data teams to implement identity-based data protection.Monitor data security posture, tune controls, and drive continuous improvement.AI Security (Growth Area)Support security assessments for GenAI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI Foundry, Vertex AI).Learn and contribute to AI-specific risk controls, including:Data boundaries and oversharing preventionDLP and sensitivity label integrationIdentity and access controls for AI servicesPartner with senior AI security leads to build hands-on experience in AI security.What we look for:Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)7–10+ years of experience in application security, data security, cloud security, or AI securityDeep hands-on expertise in application and API security (OWASP Top 10), cloud and Saas security architectures, date protection, DLP,DSPM and encryptionProven experience securing GenAI platforms or advanced data/analytics environmentsStrong understanding of identity, access control, and governance modelsStrong communication skills with ability to deliver executive-ready insights and documentationPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection, DSPM)Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI and GCP Vertex AIFamiliarity with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)Experience with DSPM tools or large-scale data discovery platformsRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AZ-500, SC-400Workplace type:#LI-HybridOur values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
