Responsibilities

• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining building automation systems and equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, generators, compressors, and related mechanical systems.
• Starting, shutting down, and regulating mechanical and electrical systems such as rooftop units (RTUs) and heating units, ensuring proper control of temperature, pressure, and airflow.
• Monitoring system performance using control panels, gauges, alarms, and computerized systems to detect irregularities and taking corrective action when required.
• Performing routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted building operations.
• Maintaining indoor air quality standards by managing ventilation systems and ensuring timely servicing and replacement of filters.Conducting regular inspections of building systems and equipment, identifying maintenance requirements, and reporting findings to management.
• Maintaining mechanical and electrical rooms in a clean, safe, and operational condition at all times.Responding to tenant service requests and emergency situations efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Coordinating with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair work while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Ensuring adherence to all workplace safety policies, environmental regulations, and company procedures in daily operations.
