You are organized and manage daily operations, including water treatment testing and the supervision of HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, pneumatic systems and DDC systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive. You also understand that, given the unique nature of the property, you may be called upon to lead and participate in unique initiatives. This role may require emergency procedures training at multiple locations.You build positive working relationships with tenants and your team, share your expertise, and collaborate effectively.
