Ensure that the tenants have a safe and comfortable work environment for Royal Bank Plaza. Responsible for operating and maintaining all building equipment and systems in a manner that ensures all quality standards are upheld on a 12-hour rotating Continental shift between two weeks of day shift (7am-7pm) and two weeks of night shifts (7pm-7am). Weekend and Stat holiday coverage will be required if the scheduled shift falls on those days. Please note, overtime hours may be required.You build positive working relationships not only with tenants but also with your team members, sharing your expertise and collaborating as a group. You work with minimal supervision and bring your technical expertise to a high-performing team.You are comfortable working with technology and seek innovative ways to enhance processes.What you’ll bringMinimum of 5-10 years of related experience in building operations and maintenance of facilities with commercial assets such as data centers and/or class A+ office buildingsBES 1&2 or 4th Class Power Engineer certificateDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot/ identify opportunities and develop/implement action plansProficient user of a Building Automation SystemStrong communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask and be responsive to time-sensitive tasks.Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hoursDowntown Toronto office experienceThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.
