The Financial Analyst will be involved in all facets of the deal from start to finish. This position will focus primarily on research and underwrite investment opportunities and will play an integral role in the due diligence team. This position is part of a collaborative environment with brokers, marketing, and project administrators.In this role, you will…Analyze/underwrite financials and provide reports on a timely basisProduce underwriting for portfolio and individual retail assets, using Argus and/or excel.Pull rent and sale comparablesProvide market analysisAssist with the due diligence process and verify findingsConduct tenant research and credit analysisPerform basic lease abstraction and manage 3rd party lease abstractorsMaintain and produce quarterly and monthly reportsMonitor upcoming Tenant renewals throughout propertiesDraft initial proposals for prospective TenantsWhat you bring:A bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or mathematics is preferred.Advanced Microsoft applications experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)ARGUS ExperienceExperience with CoStar, Loopnet a plusExcellent financial analytical skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and results-oriented attitudeAbility to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basisWell organized and with excellent time management skills#LI-SD1#LI-OnsiteMake your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
