The analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis and analytical work to support a high-volume, industry-leading team. This position is a part of a collaborative environment with brokers, marketing, and project administrators.In this role, you will…Analyze/underwrite financials and provide reports on a timely basisPull rent and sale comparablesProvide market analysisAssist with the due diligence process and verify findingsPerform basic lease abstraction and manage 3rd party lease abstractorsMaintain and produce quarterly and monthly reportsUnderwrite income-producing assets using ARGUS and/or ExcelAnalyze historical operating statements, budgets, leases, and loan agreements, as well as current market conditions, to determine financial underwriting assumptionsReview, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various types of real estate documents (including leases, appraisals, property condition reports, environmental reports, etc)Present and discuss financial models to brokers and clientsAssist in developing content, writing presentation packages, and offering memorandaGather and track critical financial data points for research and negotiation purposesParticipate in pitch presentations with prospects and client meetings, and lead discussions on financial modelingWhat you bring:Experience with Senior Living Facilities strongly preferredBachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related area required2-3 years of experience in a related roleExperience in commercial real estate preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is requiredAnalytical and research skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsArgus, LoopNet, and CoStar experience preferredAbility to work in a complex team environment across multiple departments and manage tight deadlines with minimal supervision#LI-SD1#LI-OnsiteMake your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
