Your responsibilities will include sourcing and updating listing availability information, verifying transactional data, and proactively researching market comparables. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support data integrity initiatives and optimize daily data collection processes.In this role, you will…Source and update listing availability information into our database with precision and efficiency.Review and verify Colliers transactional information from our Deals to maintain data accuracy.Proactively research and capture market lease and sales comparables, collaborating with Colliers and external advisors.Collaborate with sales agents, landlords, and others to collect and update relevant data as per established SLAs.Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussed information into our platform.Canvassing and confirmation of tenants within assigned office and industrial properties.Assist with survey calling to obtain accurate availability and vacancy informationWhat you'll bringDegree and/or diploma in a related field, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.Minimum of 1-2 years' experience, ideally in a similar role within the real estate industry, showcasing your expertise.Broad range of experience with data management programs and policies, highlighting your proficiency.Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration.Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:Area / Location Specific: Downtown Toronto, ONApproximate Compensation for this Role: $45,644 to $50,000 per annumOur compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation.
