In addition to leading quality engineering activities, this role will work closely with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions. The objective is to ensure well-defined, high-quality, and fully traceable deliverables, with strong alignment between business needs, technical implementation, and testing outcomes.Design and implement test plans, test cases, and scenarios for functional, regression, failover, and accessibility testingDevelop and maintain automated test suites leveraging frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT)Perform manual and automated testing for IAM solutions (Saviynt, Entra ID, Delinea)Ensure maximum test coverage and early detectionCollaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate quality engineering into CI/CD pipelinesChampion defect prevention and continuous improvementWork closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirementsTranslate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable specificationsDocument workflows, processes, and system interactions for IAM use casesSupport process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design discussionsEnsure traceability between requirements, testing, and delivered functionalityPrepare test reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits and complianceCommunicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProvide oversight and guidance to team membersWork with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions remain aligned with evolving business and security requirementsParticipate in strategic IAM and security initiatives.What you bring: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience across IAM testing and/or business analysis rolesHands-on experience with: IAM tools (such as Saviynt, Entra ID preferred)Strong understanding of SQL, reporting, analytics, and data interpretation, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful insightsTest automation frameworks (Selenium, UFT or similar)Solid understanding of IAM/IGA processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver, provisioning, access controls)Strong ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation and testingProven analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environmentsAbility to manage priorities across global teamsStrong communication (verbal / written / presentationPost-secondary education in Computer Science or a related fieldCertifications (CISSP, CBAP, or similar) are nice to havePursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is, Colliers disclosing the following information:Area/Location Specific: Hybrid Role Toronto, ON Approximate Salary Range for Role: $109,680 to $120,000 CAD.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Salary

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience across IAM testing and/or business analysis roles (experience, 5 years)
