Shift: 11:00 PM-7:30 AMHourly Rate: $30.82 an hour + $$1.00 shift differentialThis role is Thursday - Sunday or Friday - Monday - 10 hour shifts at $30.82 per hour (1st Shift)Demonstrate safety behaviors with focus on zero injuries and OSHA compliance.Repairs and maintenance for roofs, pipes, walls, floors, doors, docks, and other building structures.Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).Working with and participation in implementing PSM including HazWhoper response team.Sustain training for HazWhoper response.Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, & repair of plant systems:Monitor and document a variety of systems including wastewater, boilers, condensers.Troubleshoot to identify defects, create a plan to eliminate identified defects.Actively support the Conagra Performance System (CPS) process: 5S, CIL, Centerline, BDA, Safety, QA, etc.Adjust manual controls or override automatic controls to bring equipment into recommended or prescribed operating ranges, switch to backup equipment or systems, or to shutdown equipment.Inspect equipment at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for repair, adjustment, or lubrication.Maintain equipment via adjustments, lubrication, repairs, managing controls, etc.Safety checks of the grounds and facilityRequisition spare parts, materials, and supplies as required.Record maintenance and operations activities.Working knowledge of HVAC, air intakes, exhaust fans is a plus.Support 5S in the Maintenance Department, create and Execute a Personal Action PlanSupport Break Down Elimination DMSOther duties as assigned.Work overtime as required to achieve production, sanitation, and maintenance schedules.Provide support for the PM Pillar and Autonomous maintenance functions of CPS and other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager(s).Anticipated Close Date: August 31, 2026Location: Troy, OhioOur BenefitsWe care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role:Health: Medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life, accident and disability insuranceWealth: Great pay, 401(k)/pension eligibility, financial wellness programs and stock purchase planGrowth: Career development opportunities, employee resource groups and team collaborationBalance: Paid-time off and volunteer opportunitiesOur CompanyAt Conagra Brands, we have a rich heritage of making great food.
