Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support all facility and utility operations in the plant, ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient performance of systems including compressed air, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, ammonia and refrigeration, boilers, waste treatment, and electrical systems. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your expertise directly impacts plant uptime and performance. A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesMaintain and troubleshoot plant utility systems including compressed air, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, ammonia and refrigeration, boilers, waste treatment, and electrical systemsLead root cause problem solving and drive continuous improvement using Conagra Performance System tools and Kaizen activitiesSustain 5S standards while identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiencyExecute preventative maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and support capital and plant improvement projectsRespond to safety concerns and actively support Process Safety Management initiativesManage inventory accuracy and maintenance documentation through SAP and daily logsProvide backup support for critical systems including boiler and ammonia operationsFabricate parts and collaborate with vendors to coordinate repairs and installationsIngredients Required for Your SuccessAssociate’s degree in mechanical technology or related field, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience supporting industrial utility systems including boiler, ammonia and refrigeration, compressed air, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioningKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and safe manufacturing operationsExperience with mechanical systems including pneumatics, motors, drives, gearboxes, and power transmissionExperience interpreting technical manuals, standard operating procedures, and process instrumentation drawingsBasic computer skillsPhysical RequirementsMore information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.
