Job Description

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AMHourly Rate: $23.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differentialMachine Operator – Louisville, KYReporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations at our Louisville, KY facility. You will help ensure product quality, safety, and production targets are met while working as part of a collaborative production team.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor machinery used in the production process to meet established performance standardsPerform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtimeFollow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasksMaintain compliance with food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and company policiesDocument production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered during shiftsSupport sanitation and cleaning activities to maintain a safe and organized work environmentCommunicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding production status and operational concernsAssist with changeovers, setup, and adjustments of equipment as neededIngredients Required for Your SuccessHigh school diploma or GEDExperience working in a manufacturing or production environmentMechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machine operationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as neededStrong communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe workplacePhysical RequirementsMore information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (experience)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment (experience)
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machine operations (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and company policies
  • Document production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered during shifts
  • Support sanitation and cleaning activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding production status and operational concerns
  • Assist with changeovers, setup, and adjustments of equipment as needed
