Shift: 5:30 AM-2:00 PMHourly Rate: $23.00 an hourReporting to the production team leader, you will support packaging operations by rotating across multiple production line positions, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring safe, quality food production in a manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on experience across packaging and production processes while learning cleaning, sanitation, and safety practices, making this role a strong entry point into manufacturing operations.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesPerform line checks and monitor automated and operated packaging lines to identify and troubleshoot issuesRotate through four to five different packaging and production positions approximately every thirty minutesPackage finished products according to production and quality standardsSupport production activities, including sanitation and cleaning of equipment and freezersFollow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety requirements at all timesUse pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods as neededWork with approved chemicals for cleaning and sanitation after completing required trainingWear and follow all Personal Protective Equipment requirementsIngredients Required for Your SuccessOne year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or large‑scale distribution environments such as AmazonExperience working in fast‑paced production or packaging settingsWillingness to learn multiple roles and rotate throughout the shiftUnderstanding of or willingness to learn Good Manufacturing PracticesCommitment to safety, quality, and teamworkPhysical RequirementsMore information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.
