Job Description

Shift: 5:00 AM-5:15 PMHourly Rate: $28.35 an hourReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the operation of our production and office facilities at the Henning plant, where we produce PAM cooking spray. You will join a team of more than 150 associates and help maintain plant and production equipment by troubleshooting, removing, installing, replacing, repairing, and testing parts and components to support safe and efficient operations.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesKeep production equipment in good condition and working order.Inspect machines and equipment to identify issues, replace defective parts, and make adjustments to support continued production operations.Use equipment manuals, repair manuals, parts manuals, and diagrams to troubleshoot plant and production equipment.Use hand and power tools to remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, and test parts and equipment.Perform electrical and pneumatic maintenance work on production equipment.Complete housekeeping and sanitation activities during and at the end of each shift.Maintain food safety and quality standards.Participate in continuous process improvement efforts and support projects using maintenance expertise.Support preventative maintenance activities for production machinery.Ingredients Required for Your SuccessHigh school diploma or GED.Previous aerosol line mechanic experience strongly preferred.Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support production demands.Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.Experience working with hand tools, power tools, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.Commitment to safety, food safety, and quality standards.Experience performing electrical and/or pneumatic maintenance work.Physical RequirementsMore information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Required Qualifications
