Shift: 10:00 PM-6:30 AMHourly Rate: $23.15 an hour + $1.00 shift differentialPosition Summary: You will support plant sanitation in the use of chemicals, cleaning processes, sanitation equipment, disassembles and cleans equipment to comply with regulatory aspects of Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and USDA guidelines. Eliminate sources of contamination, maintain low bacteria count and report damaged or unsafe equipment. Requires understanding multiple chemicals and sanitation procedures in food safety.
