How amazing will it be to pick up a glass of wine that you helped create?As a Senior Vintage Cellar Hand, you’ll be leading a small team during our Vintage 27 season, starting in late January 2027 for site-specific training prior to the arrival of Vintage staff arriving in early March.Physical work including machinery operationLeading small teams of Cellar Hand staffTaking part in our daily production meetingsApprox. 8-12 hour days, 6 days a week (plenty of earning potential!)Be part of a team all working towards a common goal to produce incredible wine.In the supervisory role, you’ll work in an area of our Winery during Vintage, taking part in our daily production meetings at the start or end of shift. You’ll work closely with the Production Leader and Shift Supervisors prior to and during Vintage.This is a great opportunity for experienced Cellar Hands to develop their winemaking and management skills and further their career.Your Grape QualitiesWe are seeking both entry level and experienced Cellar Hands to join our Kim Crawford Winery for Vintage!
