CARGO: Líder de Representante Enlist Norte - Cuiabá/MT Primary Responsibilities:•Lead and manage the RTVE team to execute the Enlist trait penetration plan at both dealer and grower levels.•Ensure the successful implementation of the Industry Value Capture Tracking System.•Serve as a role model and mentor, providing coaching and guidance to sales representatives.•Lead the Enlist Sales team in executing the annual Demand Generation Plan.Requirements:•7 to 10 years of experience in the Soybean Germplasm and/or Biotech Licensing market.•Minimum of 5 years of experience leading high-performance teams.•Preferred knowledge of Biotech Licensing.•Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy.•Strong commercial negotiation skills.•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Nice to have:Fluent English
