Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated, team-oriented individual as we are searching for a National Account Manager in the Professional Pest Management Business. This is a virtual office position, and the preferred location is in the Southeast and conveniently located at a major airport with direct flights to most metropolitan areas.The Pest Management National Account Manager will be responsible for overall management and achievement of annual sales and long-term business planning for a select group of Sentricon Partners. You will be a member of a high functioning Pest Management Cross-Functional Leadership Team.PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The role is accountable for developing strategic business plans with identified key partners. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management, Agronomy, Entomology, Agriculture, or other science related fields (degree in business management)
  • 8+ years of experience developed advanced skills in leadership, technical, marketing and sales with increasing levels of responsibility (experience, 8 years)
  • Demonstrated skills in project leadership, planning, implementation, and people leadership (experience)
  • A valid driver’s license is required (experience)
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing principles of the Pest Management market, or the ability to quickly learn about the market (experience)
  • Understanding of business strategy and demonstrated ability to translate strategy into business opportunities (experience)
  • Ability to synthesize market data and customer insight to develop innovative responses to market opportunities (experience)
  • Ability to lead project teams effectively and efficiently (experience)
  • Demonstrated skills in influencing, persuasion, and negotiation (experience)
  • Expected to travel 50-75% (experience)
  • Strong team player with the skills of building strong, long-term relationships (experience)
