Ensure quality of catalog onboarding (images, content, titles, translations). Manage SLAs and operational metrics. Work with multiple stakeholders: Jiku business team, Jiku product team, catalog product team, and compliance stakeholders (e.g., PCO team). Oversee AI-assisted translation quality and prevent escalations. Identify problems and fix them proactively. Basic Qualifications People leadership and team management. Operational process management. Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams. Understanding of catalog onboarding (content, images, titles, translation workflows). Ability to manage and collaborate with technology/product teams (though not required to be deeply technical). Preferred Qualifications Experience with international product onboarding. Familiarity with compliance requirements for international/cross-border products. Experience managing AI-assisted workflows or translation quality.
