Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. (degree in industrial engineering)
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment center operations. (experience, 3 years)
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to solve complex operational problems using data. (experience)
• Strong understanding of KPI development, root cause analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization. (experience)
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment. (experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. (experience)

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across warehouse operations.
• Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to design and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive optimization initiatives.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making and effectively communicate performance insights.
• Lead cross-functional projects and pilot programs from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Analyze operational data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across warehouse operations.
