Your mission is to build a robust talent pipeline that balances speed and scale with high-performance standards. t, you will lead initiatives to improve workforce quality (High PPH/Low Damage) and foster long-term engagement with our top-tier performers. What You Will Do 1. Strategic Operations Labor Supply & Risk Governance (Primary Focus)Treat Operations as our primary customer by driving capacity alignment and actively monitoring operational risks. Demand-Driven Capacity Alignment: Partner closely with Operations and Planning teams to "right-size" the operational workforce, ensuring continuous talent supply matches manpower forecasts and quality metric. Daily Risk Monitoring & Proactive Mitigation: Conduct daily monitoring across sites, shift, and candidate pipelines to identify labor supply shortages, compliance bottlenecks, or operational risks early. 2. Quality Governance, Onboarding & Worker Lifecycle Management (Integrated Focus)Maintain worker quality standards, drive shift signup-to-attendance conversion, and handle compliance and retention. Shift Signup-to-Attendance Conversion: Optimize the acquisition funnel by focusing strictly on driving friction-free conversion from initial shift sign-up to actual on-site shift attendance, drastically reducing drop-offs and improving show rates. Worker Education & Compliance: Deliver online training materials and offline briefings to educate workers on platform guidelines, safety SOPs, and regulatory compliance. Engagement & Retention Alignment: Implement targeted engagement initiatives designed to retain high-performing workers and extend their lifetime value on the platform. Basic Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in handling on-site worker onboarding, attendance, and shift scheduling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
