The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities: Tagging keys and adding them to the inventory.Maintain badges, assignments, and administrative documentation.Releasing keys.Updating key tags.Maintaining a key log.Sale Preparation.Assists in managing temporary/contract labor.Checking temporary workers in and out.Maintain time clock badges.SchedulingAssignmentsEngaging customers and determining their need for assistance.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Minimum:High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS Diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.Verbal and written communication skills required.Knowledge of how to operate PC software applications (i.e., MS Office, Excel, and Outlook).Preferred: Previous experience in the auto, logistics, or transportation industry.Work Environment: Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions. Occasional exposure to outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, electrical shock hazard, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Moderate noise level.Drug TestingTo be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.
