This role will be responsible for scaling multi-market user acquisition through paid social channels, balancing global strategy with local market nuance. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in paid social, strong cross-cultural collaboration skills, and experience partnering with US-based leadership and global teams. This role requires both analytical rigor and creative sensitivity to local audiences. Key Responsibilities Paid Social Strategy & Execution Lead and scale paid social performance to meet specific business KPIs and expectations across global markets. Develop and execute full-funnel strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging social platforms, with an emphasis on lower-funnel/performance media campaigns. Drive performance through audience segmentation, creative testing, and optimization frameworks. Partner with analytics to ensure strong measurement, incrementality, and attribution alignment. Translate global growth strategy into locally relevant execution. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration Work closely with US-based leadership and global growth teams to align priorities and reporting. Partner with regional marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams. Present insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders. Ensure strong communication across time zones and organizational structures. Leadership & Ownership Manage agency partners where applicable. Deliver thought leadership on the paid social and performance marketing landscape. Proactively pitch, build, and deploy innovative testing to drive incremental acquisition growth. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing. Proven track record of scaling acquisitions in international markets. Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, and other major social platforms. Experience collaborating with US-based leadership and/or global teams. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive optimization. Deep understanding of bespoke creative strategy per platform and cultural nuances. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in subscription businesses, entertainment, anime, or fandom-driven brands is a strong plus.
