Also review of drawings, Site Execution and Quality Assurance and Quality Control is part of this profile.Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Review the MEP drawings are aligned as per the Project Requirements.Coordinate with Contractor for smoot execution of works.Coordinate with Civil activities for proper execution and sequencing of works at site.Quality Assurance and Quality Control is maintained for all the works..General Responsibilities Review all the MEP-related drawings with respect to the Civil drawings.Review and coordinate that the material supplied at site is as per BOQ specs and quantities.Review and coordinate that the work execution at site is as per approved drawings and as per approval quality parameters.Ensure regular measurement of the completed work has to be done for ease of billing purpose.Check and Certify the measurement for the executed worksAbout You: 10+ years’ experience in Execution of MEP works for Hospital Project.Experience in drawing reviews and coordination of all MEP Services as required for Hospital Project.Proven track record in site execution and alignment of works with respect to Civil Work progress at site.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
