Job TitleBrokerage SpecialistJob Description SummaryThe Brokerage Specialist will be a key member of the Raleigh/Durham Agency Leasing team and will work closely with brokers, clients, internal marketing professionals, and other service lines. This role will manage clients and transactions, support business development activities, facilitate activities to strengthen client relationships, and assist with deliverables required to execute the transaction life cycle.Job DescriptionEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide sales, marketing and transaction supportCreate client facing content, deliverables and presentation materials such as tour books, property flyers, brochures and other materials as neededCollaborate with internal functional groups including marketing and research for high profile marketing deliverables (graphic design, property highlights, market overviews, mapping, etc.)Run market surveys to identify building space/options for clientsPrepare and send email blast marketing using Concep (or similar) serviceUpdate website content, social media, etc. on behalf of brokersPrepare, organize and collect transaction documentsRequirementsBachelors degree or equivalentPossess NC real estate license2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, or any similar combination of education and experienceSelf-motivated, flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environmentPossess strong oral and written communication and organizational skillsProficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiar with Adobe Creative Suite a plusCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (degree in equivalent)
  • Possess NC real estate license (experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, or any similar combination of education and experience (experience, 2 years)
  • Self-motivated, flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment (experience)
  • Possess strong oral and written communication and organizational skills (experience)
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiar with Adobe Creative Suite a plus (experience)

Responsibilities
