This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This role is critical in ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the construction project.Job DescriptionAbout the role:HSE Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs and policies tailored to data center construction activities.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company standards and policies.Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.Training: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure all personnel are knowledgeable about safety protocols and procedures.Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.About You:Minimum 5-7 years of HSE experience, with at least 3–5 years in large-scale construction or data centre projects.Proven experience managing safety in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple contractors.Strong understanding of MEP, electrical systems, and critical infrastructure safety requirements.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
