Job TitleEHS Manager (Data Centre)Job Description SummaryWe are hiring this role for an upcoming Data Centre Project in KL. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering electrical infrastructure projects within mission-critical data centre.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards for data centre projects.Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and site inspections to ensure safe working conditions.Monitor compliance with local HSE regulations, international standards, and company requirements.Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training programs for employees and contractors.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare reports with corrective actions.Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to integrate safety into all project activities.Track HSE performance metrics and report to senior management.Ensure emergency preparedness plans and procedures are in place and tested.Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in construction, facilities, or data centre projects.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practicesExperience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits.Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, high-risk, mission-critical environments.
