The role involves coordination with various service line SPOCs, development, and implementation of ESG frameworks, and leading on-ground initiatives to meet organizational sustainability goals.Key Responsibilities🔹 Coordination & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the centra l SPOC for ESG initiatives, coordinating closely with service line SPOCs.Drive alignment across teams to ensure ESG compliance and initiative executionMediate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners for seamless implementation🔹 Policy & SOP DevelopmentSupport the development and implementation of ESG policies, frameworks, and SOPsEnsure all processes are aligned with organizational and regulatory ESG requirementsPeriodically review and update ESG documentation🔹 ESG Goals & ReportingAssist in defining ESG goals, KPIs, and performance metricsTrack, monitor, and report ESG performance across sitesPrepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review🔹 Initiative Planning & ExecutionLead and manage ESG-related initiatives such as:Environmental awareness programsWaste management and sustainability drivesEnergy and water conservation initiativesDrive employee engagement and participation in ESG activities🔹 Compliance & MonitoringEnsure adherence to ESG standards and internal policiesConduct audits and site checks to monitor effectiveness of ESG practicesKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong stakeholder coordination & communication skillsUnderstanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability practicesProcess-oriented mindset with experience in SOP developmentAnalytical skills for tracking metrics and reportingAbility to lead initiatives and drive employee engagementQualifications & Experience2–5 years of experience in ESG / SustainabilityExperience in corporate or multi-site operations preferredPreferred AttributesHands-on experience in awareness programs or engagement initiativesStrong ownership and ability to work cross-functionally INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
