Job TitleExecutive - FacilityJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily soft services operations including housekeeping, pantry, façade cleaning, and waste management.Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all office areas as per defined standards.Supervise housekeeping staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.Conduct routine inspections of premises and ensure timely corrective actions.Coordinate with vendors for manpower deployment, consumables, and service quality.Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and consumables.Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines.Handle client interactions, address service-related concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on soft services performance and activities.Support in planning and execution of events, deep cleaning, and periodic maintenance activities.Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and training of soft service staff.Ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational issues.Assist Facility Manager in audits, documentation, and continuous improvementSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, chemicals, and equipment.Problem‑solving attitude with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
