Job TitleFacilities ManagerJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionFull Time | BrisbaneApplicants must be Australian citizens and hold (or be able to obtain) the required security clearance.What You’ll Be DoingManage daily operations across multiple facilities, covering both hard and soft servicesOversee hard services including general building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systemsOversee soft services including cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, security and pest controlEnsure all reactive, planned and corrective maintenance meets contractual, regulatory and industry standardsCoordinate maintenance programs to uphold site condition, presentation, safety and compliancePrepare accurate site documentation including emergency procedures, compliance records and financial summariesWork collaboratively with internal teams to develop capital budgets and maintenance plansMonitor contractor and tenant compliance with insurance and regulatory requirementsTravel to regional and remote sites to conduct inspections and support local teamsWhat You’ll BringMinimum 3 years’ experience in Facilities Management OR relevant trade/technical qualification or FM‑related tertiary qualificationBachelor’s degree and/or supervisory experience (preferred)Strong capability in planning and managing preventative maintenance programsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and related documentationProficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS/Work Order Management systemsWork EnvironmentThis role operates within a professional client office environment, with travel between sites as required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facilities Management OR relevant trade/technical qualification or FM‑related tertiary qualification (experience, 3 years)
