Job TitleFacility CoordinatorJob Description SummaryThe Facility Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Facility Manager with administering and delivering contracted facility management services at an assigned building(s), including facility maintenance, construction/project support, mailroom operations and office services functions. The Facility Coordinator must be detail oriented, work with a sense of urgency, and communicate effectively. This position will work closely with C&W Services management and client contacts to ensure all work assignments and projects are completed in a timely manner in line with the set quality standards.Job DescriptionPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities:Supports the fulfillment of client catering requests, office moves and event support while acting as the client’s primary point of contact for all office services related requestsSupervise a team of office services staff – 3-4 employeesReviews and assigns service requests while estimating the time and materials needed to complete requestsPrioritizes service requests and provides follow-up on outstanding site issues as neededOrders materials and supplies and assists with material inventory control program managementProvide hands on support completing assigned service request as assignedPlans and schedules maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with set service level agreementsAssists in the management of the maintenance quality programOversees and inspects the work performed by assigned outside contractorsWorks with the Facility Manager in planning and controlling annual and capital budgetsPrepares and maintains maintenance logs and records as required using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)Manages the maintenance SOP library and trains members on complianceActs as the Facility Manager’s primary backup managing personnel and as the client’s primary point of contactPromotes a safe work environment by promoting a safety-first cultureExperience & Requirements:A minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or property management in administrative and/or technical rolesRequires basis knowledge of standard maintenance practices and standardsRequires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
