The role will support investment sales and capital advisory transactions by conducting financial analysis, market research, valuation support, and preparing client presentations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial real estate, financial modeling, and capital market dynamics.Key Responsibilities- Support execution of capital market transactions across office, industrial, retail, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use asset classes.- Build and maintain financial models, investment analyses, and cash flow projections.- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking to support client mandates.- Assist in preparing investment memorandums, pitch books, valuation reports, and client presentations.- Analyze property financial statements, lease agreements, operating performance, and investment metrics.- Coordinate with clients, investors, lenders, legal advisors, and internal teams throughout transaction execution.- Support due diligence processes and data room management.- Track capital market trends, investment activity, and macroeconomic indicators affecting the real estate sector.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analysis and reports while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in real estate advisory, capital markets, investment banking, valuation, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a client-focused environment.Preferred Qualifications- CA/ MBA (Finance) or CFA Level I (preferred).- Exposure to commercial real estate transactions and investment analysis.- Knowledge of Argus Enterprise or other real estate financial analysis tools is an advantage.Key Competencies- Financial Modeling & Valuation- Commercial Real Estate Analysis- Market Research- Investment Analysis- Presentation & Communication- Stakeholder Management- Attention to Detail- Problem Solving INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
