Job TitleManager, Finance Transformation – EMEA COEJob Description SummaryThe Manager, Finance Transformation – EMEA COE is responsible for supporting execution of global Finance Transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on global process optimization for R2R, P2P and O2C Finance processes in EMEA region and program delivery related to e-invoicing compliance across EMEA.This role partners closely with regional Finance teams, Controllership, and Technology, as well as U.S.-based Finance Transformation team, to ensure successful implementation of e-invoicing mandates, alignment to global standards, and integration into core Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).The Manager will drive project execution, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while contributing to broader transformation objectives.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead and support execution of global e-invoicing initiatives across EMEA, ensuring compliance with country-specific mandates and alignment to enterprise standardsDrive process transformation and optimization efforts across Finance workflows (R2R, P2P and O2C) to enable scalable finance processesPartner with regional Finance, Tax, and Technology teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and deliver effective solutionsManage project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements definition, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live supportCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders across regions to ensure timely delivery of program milestones and issue resolutionSupport system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting related to e-invoicing and Finance systems (e.g., Workday, external platforms)Track and report project progress, risks, and key performance metrics to EMEA and global leadershipContribute to change management, training, and adoption of new processes and technologies across impacted teamsRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field5–8 years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, or Financial SystemsExperience supporting cross-functional projects or transformation initiativesExposure to regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives (e.g., e-invoicing, tax reporting) preferredTechnical & Professional SkillsStrong understanding of Finance processes (P2P, O2C; R2R exposure a plus)Experience with ERP systems (Workday Financials or similar preferred)Project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordinationKnowledge of accounting principles and internal controls (SOX exposure a plus)Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracyCore CompetenciesStrong execution and delivery focus in a multi-country environmentEffective collaboration across regional and global teamsProblem-solving mindset with ability to manage ambiguityAbility to influence stakeholders without direct authorityStrong organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environmentCompensation RangeCompetitive salary aligned to local Budapest market benchmarksEligible for annual performance bonusBenefitsCompetitive local benefits package (healthcare, pension, etc.)Paid time off and holidays per local policyProfessional development and training opportunitiesInclusion in global Finance Transformation initiatives and career pathing Cushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
