Job TitleOccupancy PlannerJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionOccupancy PlannerGlobal Occupier ServicesLondonAbout Cushman & WakefieldCushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) is a leading global commercial real estate services firm for property owners and occupiers with approximately 53,000 employees in nearly 400 offices and 60 countries.Job Description Summary: The Occupancy Planner oversees and provides tactical occupancy planning expertise in supply, capacity and demand of Client’s portfolio of space in a specific geographic region.Key Responsibilities:Activities will consist of day-to-day change requests, project space planning and solution development, project support including client relationship manager and project coordination, site strategy support related to space and occupancy analysis, solution outcomes and utilization metrics.Maintain and analyze BU demand/supply informationMonitor BU demand and supply against approved planWork with the client on utilization data and sizing model informationUnderstand and incorporate workplace strategy in long-term plansIdentify tactical projects for implementationCreate current and forecasted Stack PlansDevelop space plansMonitor unplanned activityDevelop and expand relationships with key client/site stakeholdersDevelop and implement strategies to improve Employee Experience for planningCoordinate with project manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scopeSupport change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work stylePossess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study (i.e. Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate &Facilities Management Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.)Minimum of five+ years’ experience in a corporate real estate environmentPossesses strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendationsMaintains a working knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems and relational database functionality.Demonstrates proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & designExperienced in managing projects of varied scope and complexityProficient in MS Office Suite software applicationsExcellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAble to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective servicesStrong oral, written and presentation skillsAssumes ownership of requests in order to ensure successful completionStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction Cushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study (i.e. Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & (degree in a related discipline or field of study)
  • Facilities Management Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.) (experience)
  • Minimum of five+ years’ experience in a corporate real estate environment (experience)

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications (experience)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills (experience)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Work with the client on utilization data and sizing model information

  • Identify tactical projects for implementation
  • Create current and forecasted Stack Plans
  • Develop space plans
  • Monitor unplanned activity
  • Develop and expand relationships with key client/site stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Employee Experience for planning
