This role works closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress, identify schedule risks, and provide clear reporting that supports efficient execution and informed decision-making.Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules to support planning, execution, and timely project deliveryCoordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedule activities, milestones, and dependenciesMonitor project progress against baseline schedules and provide regular updates, reports, and schedule analysisIdentify scheduling risks, delays, and critical path issues, and support recovery planning to keep projects on trackSupport resource planning, sequencing, and work packaging to improve project efficiency and delivery visibilityReview project scope, timelines, and execution plans to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectivesMaintain strong schedule governance through reporting, documentation control, and change trackingCollaborate across internal teams and external partners to support informed decision-making and effective project coordinationAbout You: 5+ years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, or project coordination within construction, engineering, or infrastructure environmentsProven experience developing and managing project schedules across multiple workstreams and stakeholdersStrong understanding of project lifecycle, schedule logic, critical path analysis, and progress measurementProficiency in planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other relevant project controls systemsAbility to analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and communicate recovery actions clearly to project teamsStrong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across project managers, contractors, consultants, and clientsHigh attention to detail, strong organizational capability, and confidence working in fast-paced project environmentsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferredWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
