Job TitleProperty OfficerJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIESManage and maintain the common areas of a cluster of public housing flats in designated Town Council.Duties include responding to MPs, residents’ feedback, coordinating and carrying out maintenance routines such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping and horticultural works, as well as improvement and cyclical projects.Liaise with grassroots organizations on the management of the common areas.Monitor contractors’ performance on routine maintenance, cyclical maintenance and improvement projects. Ensure key performance indicators (MND scores) of the estate are met.Assist PM/APM/SPO on special projects as and when required.REQUIREMENTSHigher Nitec in Building/ Real Estate Management/ PropertyManagement/ Building Services/ Facility Systems Design/ FacilityTechnology/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent; or GCE O Level with 5 years of relevant experiences in estate management and maintenance; or Fresh Diploma graduatesAbility to communicate well with residents and grassroots leadersFast and diligent workerTeam player INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”

Required Qualifications
- Higher Nitec in Building/ Real Estate Management/ PropertyManagement/ Building Services/ Facility Systems Design/ FacilityTechnology/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent; or GCE O Level with 5 years of relevant experiences in estate management and maintenance; or Fresh Diploma graduates (experience, 5 years)
