Job TitleSenior Analyst, Finance Transformation – EMEA COEJob Description SummaryThe Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation – EMEA COE supports the execution of global Finance Transformation initiatives, with a focus on global process optimization for R2R, P2P and O2C Finance processes in EMEA region and e-invoicing program delivery, process improvement, and system support across EMEA.This role partners with regional Finance, Tax, and Technology teams, as well as global Finance Transformation leadership, to support country-level implementations, testing, and operational readiness activities. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate execution, strong coordination, and timely delivery of transformation milestones.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for supporting project delivery, data validation, system testing, and ongoing process improvements across Finance workflows.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of global e-invoicing initiatives across EMEA, including country-specific implementation tasks and deliverablesAssist in process improvement and transformation activities through automation, standardization, and process simplificationPartner with Finance, Tax, and Technology teams to gather requirements, document processes, and identify gapsSupport project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, project planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment coordinationPerform data validation, reconciliation, and issue tracking to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial informationTrack project milestones, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates to project leadsSupport system configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with technology teams (e.g., Workday, external e-invoicing platforms)Assist with preparation of project metrics, reporting, and documentation for leadership and stakeholdersRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field3–6 years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems, or TransformationExperience supporting projects, system implementations, or process improvement initiativesTechnical & Professional SkillsBasic understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C exposure a plus)Experience with ERP or Finance systems (Workday or similar preferred)Strong data analysis and attention to detailProject coordination and organizational skillsEffective communication and stakeholder coordination abilitiesFamiliarity with accounting principles and internal controls (SOX exposure a plus)Core CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExecution focus and ability to follow structured processesEffective collaboration across teams and geographiesProblem-solving mindset with ability to escalate issues appropriatelyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCompensation RangeMarket-competitive salary aligned to Budapest benchmarksEligible for annual performance-based bonusBenefitsCompetitive local benefits package (healthcare, pension, etc.)Paid time off and holidays per local policyProfessional development and training opportunitiesExposure to global Finance Transformation programs and career growth opportunities Cushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer. Responsibilities
