The position offers significant exposure to institutional-quality assignments and a path for advancement within a top-tier brokerage platform.Job DescriptionPOSITION OVERVIEWThe Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in underwriting and executing investment sales assignments. This individual will lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and the development of client deliverables including Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and Offering Memorandums (OMs).The role requires a strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, capital markets dynamics, and investor underwriting criteria.
