We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to deliver office, mixed-use and complex refurbishment projects for a range of investor and occupier clients.This is a role for an end-to-end “all-rounder” – someone who enjoys being close to the detail, can lead projects from brief to handover, and is comfortable with procurement, contract administration (JCT) and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.What you’ll be doingYou’ll take ownership of multiple commissions, typically running concurrently, with responsibility for:Leading projects through the full lifecycle: brief, feasibility, design, procurement, construction and close-outActing as the day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships and providing clear commercial and programme adviceManaging consultant and contractor teams: appointments, scopes, deliverables, governance and reportingDeveloping and controlling programmes, budgets, risk registers and project controlsRunning procurement routes and tender processes (incl. RFPs / ITTs, bid evaluation, recommendations)Delivering contract administration (predominantly JCT), including change control, valuations, instructions and progress certification (as applicable to the commission)Managing stakeholder groups across client, landlord, occupier, design teams and supply chainSupporting fee proposals, business development and cross-selling across the PDS platformDriving quality, H&S and compliance aligned to C&W governance and client standardsTypical projectsDepending on the account and pipeline, projects may include:Commercial office refurbishments and fit outs (Cat A / Cat B)Investor repositioning / refurb programmesHeritage-sensitive refurbishments and complex stakeholder environmentsMulti-site programmes for occupier clients (UK and EMEA-facing where relevant)What we’re looking forEssential:Demonstrable experience delivering commercial / office projects within a consultancy environmentStrong capability across cost, programme, risk and procurementWorking knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration fundamentalsConfident stakeholder management and clear written / verbal communicationProven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high-quality reporting and controlsDesirable:MRICS (or working toward) and/or MCIOBExperience across both investor and occupier projectsFamiliarity with governance-heavy client environments and multi-disciplinary teamsWhy Cushman & WakefieldYou’ll join a well-established Project Management team within a global real estate consultancy, working on high-profile client instructions with access to market-leading specialists across building surveying, cost consultancy, ESG, and wider PDS services.
