As a Site Superintendent, you’ll oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance and safety. Key responsibilities include:Supervise and direct employees performing industrial equipment repair and maintenancePrepare work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor qualityAct as liaison between Account Manager, Supervisors, Planners, and DepartmentsPromote C&W Services internally and externally; mentor team membersEnsure compliance with company and customer policies, codes, and standardsDrive continuous improvement through RCA and team development initiativesManage administrative tasks: timekeeping, job planning, work order completion, material orderingCoordinate scheduling, resource allocation, shutdowns, and vendor supportMaintain positive customer and employee relationsOrganize training seminars for employee developmentPerform other duties as assignedWhat Makes Me Qualified?
