Job TitleTeam Coordinator – Logistics & IndustrialJob Description SummaryAt Cushman & Wakefield, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Coordinator to support our National Capital Markets, Logistics & Industrial team in Melbourne.This role will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the team while coordinating property campaigns from commencement through to completion. You will manage campaign documentation, reporting, marketing coordination, presentations, meetings and stakeholder communications.This opportunity would suit an experienced administrator or team coordinator from a commercial real estate agency, boutique property agency or professional services environment who understands the end-to-end property campaign process.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs Team Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and campaign support to the National Capital Markets team. You will help keep the team organized, ensure campaign requirements are completed accurately and on time, and act as a key coordination point between brokers, internal teams, clients and external suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the National Capital Markets teamCoordinating end-to-end property campaigns, from initial appointment through to campaign completionPreparing and maintaining campaign documentation, including authorities, proposals, enquiry registers, vendor reports, heads of agreements and campaign trackersCoordinating the production and distribution of marketing collateral with internal marketing teams, designers, printers and external suppliersManaging campaign timelines, deadlines, approvals and required follow-up actionsPreparing presentations, reports, submissions and other client-facing documentsCoordinating meetings, agendas, video calls, meeting materials and stakeholder communicationsMaintaining team databases, filing systems, contact lists and accurate campaign recordsLiaising with National and State Directors, brokers, executive assistants, clients and external vendorsAssisting with travel arrangements, expenses and other general administrative requirementsHandling confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretionTo Be Successful, You Will Ideally BringPrevious experience as a team coordinator, sales administrator, campaign coordinator or senior administratorExperience managing or supporting end-to-end property campaignsCommercial real estate, boutique property agency or professional services experience is highly regardedStrong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlinesAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and OutlookExperience preparing polished presentations, reports and client-facing documentsExposure to coordinating marketing collateral and working with designers or external suppliersExperience with InDesign or Canva would be advantageous but is not essentialStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfidence working with senior stakeholders, brokers, clients and suppliersA proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approachA professional work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyWhy Join Cushman & Wakefield?This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global real estate services firm and support a highly regarded National Capital Markets, Logistics & Industrial team.You will gain exposure to significant national property campaigns, institutional clients and senior industry professionals while developing your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.We value initiative, resilience, teamwork and a positive attitude.
