Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services.Job DescriptionTYPICAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Warehouse CleanerWorks safely and must be aware of surroundingsSweeps/Mops and scrubs floors, doors, wallsStocks paper products and soap dispensersOperate Ride-on floor scrubber or walk behind scrubber in warehouse and production facility aislesClean warehouse walls, floors, racking, doorsGathers and removes trash from all warehouse areasCompletes documentation and records of janitorial cleaningMay be responsible for the cleaning & janitorial services to support non-production/office areasClean facility building, grounds, parking lotsGather debris and trash such as cardboard, tape, shrink wrap, paper from warehouseDocument and verify work tasksMaintains plant cleanliness (Empties trash into compactor)Maintain a positive work environment for your co-workersBe willing to take an active role in team building within our janitorial staffAlways wear PPE when performing all tasks.Clean restrooms/locker roomsClean kitchen area and breakroom area.Reports to Management and or Supervisor dailyCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
