This transformation will modernize warehouse operations across the CVS Health distribution network and serves as a cornerstone of our Supply Chain Strategy. This role will leverage a Change Management approach to the lifecycle of site conversion and continuous learning strategy. The WMS modernization initiative is critical to delivering on CVS Health's commitment to colleagues and customers by enhancing service levels, improving order accuracy, and increasing operational efficiency. This transformation is designed to support our colleagues through change adoption, engagement, and long-term retention. In this role you will develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy, and facilitate the execution of the training strategy in partnership with the Learning and Development (L&D) team. This role will lead a team responsible for preparing distribution center colleagues to successfully adopt the new WMS, ensuring the distribution center is ready, capable, and confident throughout the transition. You will partner with senior leaders, distribution center leadership and colleagues, WMS project implementation team, L&D team, Enterprise Change Enablement team and other various stakeholders across Supply Chain. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
