What you’ll be doingYou’ll be a trusted finance partner across the transformation program, with responsibilities including:Providing financial analysis and decision support for the core DfG / Transformation Finance programPartnering with senior business leaders to review strategic financial plans and challenge assumptions through insight‑led analysisAnalysing consolidated budgets and forecasts, translating results into clear guidance and recommendationsMaintaining and evolving the core financial model for the overall programTracking costs and benefits across the program, proactively identifying risks, gaps or opportunities against targetsSupporting reforecasting, annual planning cycles and program-wide financial submissionsPreparing clear, high-quality presentations on financial performance and key driversIdentifying opportunities to improve profitability, margin and operational efficiencySupporting the APAC Transformation Office with ad-hoc, high-impact financial analysis as requiredContributing to the implementation of best‑practice financial planning processes and data consistency What you’ll bringYou’ll be a technically strong finance professional who is comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments.
