You’ll sit at the centre of the partnership—responsible for commercial health, strategic direction, and ensuring the work lands effectively across markets.The programme spans creator strategy, activation, content, paid amplification and measurement, with a strong emphasis on governance, compliance and cultural impact. What you’ll doClient leadership & partnershipOwn the senior client relationship across Pernod Ricard global and key markets (UK/US)Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisorTranslate business ambition into clear, actionable programme directionLead reviews, steer conversations, and keep momentum across stakeholdersProgramme & delivery oversightOversee end-to-end delivery of the influencer programme across strategy, activation and reportingEnsure work is integrated from brief through to amplification (organic + paid)Maintain alignment across markets, partners and internal teamsDrive consistency in how the programme shows up, while allowing for local relevanceCommercial ownershipOwn the overall financial health of the accountManage scopes, change requests and commercial agreementsEnsure delivery is efficient, scalable and aligned to agreed outputsPartner closely with operations to balance quality vs marginStrategy & quality controlEnsure the programme delivers against its core objective: influencing behaviour and cultural norms, not just visibilityChallenge briefs, elevate thinking and push for better workMaintain a clear line of sight between strategy, creators, content and outcomesSign off key outputs and ensure a consistent point of view across marketsGovernance, compliance & risk managementOwn governance frameworks, ways of working and escalation processesEnsure all activity aligns with Pernod Ricard’s legal, regulatory and responsible drinking requirementsMaintain strong oversight of creator selection, content approval and compliance processesManage risk proactively across markets and partnersCreator & content ecosystem leadershipOversee how creators are selected, managed and activated at scaleEnsure a consistent standard of briefing, contracting and deliveryChampion quality, cultural relevance and creator-led thinkingKeep the programme moving away from “campaign-first” to always-on, ecosystem thinkingIntegration with media & partnersEnsure seamless collaboration with media agencies and amplification partnersAlign on roles, responsibilities and delivery timelinesDrive a genuinely connected approach between influence and mediaMeasurement & performanceOversee reporting frameworks and outputsEnsure insight is used to refine and improve the programme continuouslyTranslate performance into clear client-facing narrativesWhat you’ll bringStrong experience running complex, multi-market client programmesDeep understanding of influencer marketing and its role within broader media ecosystemsComfortable operating in regulated categories (or equivalent governance-heavy environments)Commercially sharp—confident managing scopes, revenue and profitabilityAble to balance strategy, delivery and client leadership without dropping detailCalm under pressure, good at navigating ambiguity and multiple stakeholdersWhat we offerThis is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
