Job Description:Key Accountabilities: Provides legal and strategic advice to stakeholders at various levels of the organisation on relevant subjects to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory requirements, and dentsu’s internal policies and protection of dentsu’s best commercial interests. Drafts, negotiates and advises various matters to commercial teams on complex commercial agreements to achieve the most advantageous and/or beneficial legal and commercial terms for dentsu. Provides legal support (templates, advice, risk management, subject matter knowledge) to accelerate and underpin the expansion of company strategy. Develops and delivers training and legal risk management initiatives to senior management to strategically manage legal risks (e.g. business training, legal updates, etc.) Implements best-practices in corporate governance, compliance, contracts management, intellectual property, data privacy, IT, employment law and litigation. Requirements: Knowledge and Experience: At least eight years of experience post bachelor graduation with a law firm or an in-house legal department. Advertising and media experience looked on favourably. Extensive skills on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including but not limited to sales contracts, and IP licence agreements. Deep knowledge of compliance, contracts management, intellectual property, data privacy and corporate governance. Experience in providing legal advice to stakeholders at various levels of an organization. Skills And Abilities: Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to provide strategic legal advice. Strong risk management skills. Ability to develop and deliver training initiatives. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Vietnamese).
